Type: Foam Filled Insulated Rolling Shutter
Dimensions: Available up to 6m height shutters.

1.The Barrel:
Consists of a horizontal steel tube and carries the weight of the door. The counterbalance springs are housed inside the barrel. The barrel is flanked by square end plates which are secured to the structure. Barrel specifications vary depending on the size of the door.

2.The curtain:
The curtain forms the actual screen or barrier and consists of Pre-painted aluminum panel slats. Or steel slats (0.5 mm thickness , 10 mm wide)>
interior consists of  ecological polyurethane, thickness 17 mm, density 160 kg/m³ , thermal resistance rate 4.8 W/(m².k)Different thicknesses are available depending on the size of the product..

3.The guide rails:
The curtain is flanked and secured by two vertical guide rails. 1.6 mm thick cold rolled galvanized steel. The width of the product: is 5 cm ,and doors over 4.5 meters would require 7 cm These specifications vary depending on wind and logistical issues.

4.T-Bar:
The bottom brace of the door is called the T-bar. The inverted solid 2 mm Aluminium “T” brace, Height 15 cm, interlocks with the bottom slat and lends rigidity to the curtain. The T-bar also houses the slider bolt locking system if required.

5.: Steel Cover Box
The entire barrel system is housed in a 1mm galvanized steel cover box, This
product is mainly for aesthetic reasons although it does protect the curtain against minor damages and dust

6.Finishing:
different colors and shades available (upon Request).

7.Operation
